Other hl.* APIs take one spec per call and pass through unchanged. strip comments Drop hyprlang comments from the output. TODO markers from flagged directives are kept. hoist variables to the top Collect every '$var = …' rewrite into a single block right after the header so all references resolve regardless of where they sit in the file.
